"This is a truly special property in every way. The views, the pool, the grounds, the interiors. The village of Sellia is .25 km and has nice shops and practicalities. The house is also so we'll located for day trips to really explore the best of southern Crete. Joseph was a breeze to communicate with both before and during our stay. We are seriously considering returning before long even though we love so far away!"

"The apartment in Plakias is a lovely, peaceful place with privacy and a beautiful view over the bay. When we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean, and there were even some basic groceries waiting for us, such as fruit, bread, cheese, milk and wine — a very warm welcome. The beds are good and the small pool offers just the right amount of refreshment on hot days.There are a few points that don’t fully match the luxurious impression given by the photos. The dining table, sofas and outdoor furniture are of cheaper quality and therefore cracked or not very comfortable. The bathrooms also lack a shower screen or curtain, which means the entire space gets wet after showering — not very practical.Despite these details, it is a very pleasant apartment, quietly located with enough privacy, just a 3‑minute drive from the centre of Plakias, and with a view that makes you happy every morning."
