Our stay here was amazing with one exception. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly. In the morning the August sun was rising on our side of the building which raised the temperature in the room 5-6 degrees in an already hot room.
We needed help renting a car to go to the Mt Fuji region and the concierge was extremely helpful. She called the nearest Toyota rental car facility and made the reservation for us.
I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying here the next time we come back to Tokyo.

"Gorgeous stay with kids and family. Spacious area with kitchen and dining area. High quality in-room facilities. We were not family with self-check in and no people concierge service, but after finish the entire process, we felt well. Will recommend family to come and stay."

"Off the beaten path slightly so prepare for a little walk from the train station or get a cab, but they do have a shuttle to get you to the train Went for the onsens and wasn’t disappointed clean and peaceful the surrounding area was easy to get to with great food options around would stay again"
