"Unfortunately, our experience at this villa wasn’t great. Within 30 minutes of arriving, the kitchen and laundry area completely flooded because the washing machine drain hose wasn’t connected. We spent a long time cleaning up water and wringing out towels. Even after reconnecting it, the washer still leaked. "Clean room and the staff was so friendly and kind! The AC was definitely a little older and had trouble keeping up when it was very hot so we had to shut the windows and blinds and out too. Was older. I hear they have renovated rooms, so I’m sure if you got those that wouldn’t be a problem! Beautiful property well maintained and location was incredible! You can wake up to the sunride on one side and end with the sun set on the other. Breakfast was decent with a nice buffet included! Room service was to be desired for, but lots of places you can walk to nearby! I recommend. They also have three pools which all were maintained and nice! "
