Beautiful, property right on the square. Lovely room with a spa bath, lots of complimentary extras, fruit,wine, mini bar, tea and coffee machine, All staff lovely and polite but some were more helpful than others.

Great location directly on the square. Very much appreciated the in room espresso machine, ac, fridge and complementary wine. Room has a large jetted tub which takes a lot of room. Great if you desire it.

The location and staff were the best. The complimentary breakfast was good also. My only complaint was how tiny the room was (even by European standards) and how the split ac unit was above the door and very brightly displayed the temperature. Otherwise great hotel on the square!

Right on the square literally out the front door. Good vibe outside the hotel. Inside restored building so modern amenities but still a traditional feel with the inside still holding a historical feel to it. Great luxury rooms. Welcomed with complimentary drinks. Great setting for breakfast with a good choice to cater for all. Recommend for location and services.

Second time staying here and it is a wonderful hotel we had the suite on the 4th floor again. You have so much space, 3 showers two double jacuzzi baths. Mini bars that are restocked daily. Also a free bottle of prosseco on arrival. Its located on the market square you could not get any closer . Breakfast is amazing both cooked and continental. Also free vodka at breakfast if you fancy it.

We had a wonderful stay in Kraków! Our suite was beautiful and had both a private sauna and a jetted tub, which made the stay feel extra special. The highlight was definitely the amazing view of the Main Square. The hotel staff were also incredibly helpful in arranging our day trips to Auschwitz and the Wieliczka Salt Mine, making everything very easy and convenient for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Kraków!

We stayed in the suite facing the main square on the 4th floor. Was a wonderful location. Could see all activity from our window. Many restaurants and bars at our fingertips. Train and bus station only a 10-15 minute walk away. So happy we stayed here.
