Great hotel, perfect location. Staff all friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and in the day we were out really early provided a very good packed lunch which was a lovely touch !! Mini bar well stocked daily again a lovely touch. Overall a really lovely stay and would highly recommend

Fantastic location with a view onto the main square. Large comfortable room with a large hot tub! Very good breakfast and helpful staff. Only small downside are the overly soft beds with super thin pillows. Greeted with a lovely welcome gift of a nice bottle of prosecco. Beautiful spot. Highly recommend!!

The Betmanowska Main Square Residence is an optimal base for visiting Krakow. Every aspect of our four-day stay was superb. Karolina was exceptionally helpful in arranging airport pickup, tour, and other travel details. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. They even provided sandwiches to take along for a tour with an early morning departure time. I easily recommend Betmanowska when visiting this beautiful city.

The location and staff were the best. The complimentary breakfast was good also. My only complaint was how tiny the room was (even by European standards) and how the split ac unit was above the door and very brightly displayed the temperature. Otherwise great hotel on the square!

Highly recommended. Easy access to places, just a beautiful location and the hotel staff members were very friendly. A free Champagne bottle in the room was a surprise! You can take it to outdoor patio/restaurant to drink. Lots storage places to place your belongings. The bed was very comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel.
