This hotel is an ideal location to visit Krakow. We were basically able to walk everywhere we wanted to go without having to take public transit. The room is well-equipped with courtesy drinks and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The bed was comfortable and it had a very good shower. The free breakfast was amongst the best I have experienced in Europe. We also ate twice in the Polish restaurant attached to the hotel and enjoyed traditional Polish dishes. The only thing I would have liked to see would have been an English-language news channel included in the TV coverage (CNN or BBC International News) so we could keep up with current events around the world.

Great location on the Main Square. We had a room overlooking the square so great for people watching. Property is quirky and staff friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel for those after a city break with everything on the doorstep.
