Very central, just around the corner from the square, ideal for all trips, eating out etc. The gentleman who we dealt with mainly was very accommodating and very helpful. Was very hot so the room was equipped with an air conditioning unit which was very much needed. Could be a little bit noisy outside due to it being right by the square but we took earplugs so it wasn’t an issue. Overall a nice clean apartment and would recommend

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, the hotel was so central to everything and just off the main market square, they rooms were clean, comfy and had plenty of space. The staff were wonderful and arraged all the trips that we wanted to do. Will definitely be returning in the future as 4 days just wasn't long enough.

We booked this property last minute on the day and then arrived late into the night the owner was brilliant and so accommodating. The room and facilities were exactly what we needed and the location was great we were right in the centre of the old town with everything we did in our trip in walking distance! Could fault the property or staff all were amazing.

Great place for a stay. Only there for a night but was perfect for what we needed it for. A place to crash after enjoying the area around the old tow square in Krakow. Absolutely perfect location.

Very friendly and accommodating. Perfect location right next to the main square. Room at the back so noise at night not an issue. Only downside, 2 mornings were woken before 7am due to construction workers. Room basic but clean and spacious. Tea, coffee and kettle. Plenty of sockets for charging phones etc. Always plenty of hot water. Fridge for milk etc. Would recommend.

Fabulous central spot. Within walking distance of the old town, the castle, Jewish quarter. Noisy at night time but our room was on the front. Room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Ours was a really big well appointed room, our friends the same but not as big. Best position only 50m from the main square on road south to the castle. Bed super large, but not the comfiest, for me. Had to ring to get key code. Downside, road outside was understandably busy, fine most of the time, but even in the night, so noise at times would wake me.

The hotel was clean, quiet and convienent. Only a few doors down from the market square in the old town with heaps of dining close by. It was snowing in Krakow when we were there and the room was toasty and warm. Great to come back to after walking around the xmas markets.

Fantastic property just off the market square in the middle of the old town area of krakow. Clean and comfortable. We were in room 3 which was very spacious. I didn’t catch his name but the man on reception was very helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble for him. We didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment on that. My only criticism would be that there was only one thin pillow each so having another would have been good, having said that we didn’t actually ask for another one and I’m sure we’d have been given one if we’d asked. All in all I would recommend this aparthotel if you’re after a good clean comfortable base in the centre of the old town area and I would stay there again.

The location was perfect. The room looked the same as shown in pics. The bathroom is a little old but was clean enough. The only issue we had was that the room description says "soundproof". However, it was not soundproof. It was really noisy over the weekend. We could hear people talking loudly in the middle of the night, and this disturbed our sleep There's also construction happening next door, so it was noisy by 8am on Monday.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at Boutique Aparthotel & Apartments. The location couldn’t be better..right in the heart of Krakow, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and major attractions just a short walk away. Public transportation was also super easy to access, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a solo stay. Overall, a great experience!
