This property had everything we needed, even a washing machine which was great! Really close to the train station and ten minutes walk from the old town..near a tram line too. Really central. Apartment was very spacious and very clean. Would definitely go back.

Great apartment for a family. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, close to a tram stop, grocery stores, and within easy reach of Krakow’s Old Town. A garage parking spot was also available, which was very helpful.

Very large apartment, modern and clean. Helpful staff on the reception desk. The second bathroom was just a loo and basin in the laundry room. The bedrooms were at the front of the property and the Trams run outside all the time - thought the night too. They are loud and every few minutes disturbing sleep for all of us. The general noise from other apartments and the corridor can be heard too. The kitchen and dining area are very overlooked by other apartments with no blinds or nets for privacy. The Parking garage is excellent. The noise dropped it to 4* for us.

Great stay

Easy Check-in , Very Nice location , 15” walk to Krakow old town , easy parking and very useful when its cold outside , friendly staff and the most i like the Wine Shop at the ground floor , the guys speaks very good english and he can help you to chose your perfect bottle of wine.

Lovely apartment nice area central location to city centre. Apt were clean and serviced to good standards. There were some little flies in the bathroom not sure if it's from the ventilation. On our last 2 nights there were noisy neighbours partying hard. Overall we will stay here again for our next visit

A fantastic apartment! Great value for money, in a safe and convenient location, a short walk into the city centre. The facilities in the room are fantastic, you could live there! The only problem was the extremely soft pillows that made sleep uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect. We will be back!

Bad - room 3 Is on the street side, you could hear every tram going by, you can hear trucks going by and some cars. Also it is right next to and over the garage so every time the garage opens or closes, there's a loud squeaking noise That you can hear right through the wall, that wakes you up. Very frustrating, this is a very noisy room. You will need ear plugs for sure, pictured. Good - Comfortable bed & pillows, this is a studio apartment with a dishwasher, Small fridge, sink, microwave, toaster, etc. Along with an all-in-one washer dryer and they provide one tide pod and two dishwasher pods. Very roomy for a studio, bathroom is big,4 closets, TV that comes out from the wall and spins around so you can watch it anywhere. they do have AC But they do not have heat during the spring and summer. It got down to 48°. Last night it was raining and we were ice cold in the room.. They have vents over the windows that let fresh air in. There is an elevator. There's a Mall shopping center Just a 10-minute walk away and Old Town is about 15 minutes away, Walking. Very great location for visiting things. It's just the room noise.

The property was exactly as described, 2 bedroom apartment, sleeps up to 6 people in total. Very spacious & light. 50” TV with Netflix, free internet, large bathroom with bath, shower toilet & washing machine, additional separate toilet room. Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave & crockery. Plenty of hanging space for clothing, iron, ironing board & clothes airer. In a good location, only 15 minutes walk to main market square, 30 minutes walk to Wawel Royal Castle and Cathedral. Tram stops outside accommodation, bus and train station within walking distance too. Excellent Bistro (Novum) on the door step, food was delicious & price was reasonable too. Local shop 5 minutes walk away & lots of places to dine in too. Definitely recommend this property for a stay I. krakow.

Excellent city break apartment

Overall we were very impressed with our apartment. Just a couple of minor points. There was a breakfast bar but the stools were far too low for us to eat comfortably. Instead we ate at the desk but there was only one chair at desk height and no easy chair at all to relax in. Otherwise the apartment was exceptionally well equipped, free coffee in the reception area and very helpful staff. We were on a short walk from a huge shopping mall with a huge Carrefour hypermarket and from there the train station was very close. We also made use of their underground car park. We have done a lot of city breaks and found Krakow refreshingly different. This was our first visit to Poland but we very much hope it won’t be our last.
