Excellent central Hotel

We visited primarily to go to Auswitch. It enjoyed Krakow very much and the hotel was a great, central bolt hole.

My room was clean and comfortable with an excellent en suite shower. The breakfast was excellent. Good variety of cereal, salad, fried egg, sausage and gluten free bread which pleased me enormously.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. However, 99% of the time the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I mentioned this to the staff four times, but the issue was never resolved. Aside from that, everything else was great.

El Hotel es muy viejo, y la verdad que tiene muy poco mantenimiento, el desayuno deja mucho que desear la chica del desayuno es súper maja. Pues la verdad que muy mediocre, la limpieza, dejé el cartel de que limpiaran y estaba todo sucio el suelo. Es una pena tener un Hotel, así en una ubicación tan buena y tan desaprovechado
