Tilava huoneisto 3 henkilölle.

Vietimme syyskuun ensimmäisen viikon lämpimässä Krakovassa ja yövyimme tässä Hamilton Suites Atlantis hotellissa. Hotelli oli rauhallinen/ hiljainen ja myös rauhallisella paikalla sekä alakerrassa oli ”ovimies” paikalla, joka lisäsi turvallisuuden tunnetta.😊 Huoneistomme oli todella iso, kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto ja se oli hyvällä maulla sisustettu. Ilmastointi toimi erittäin hyvin. Hotellilta oli kävelymatka kohteen nähtävyyksiin. Ruokakauppoja lähistöllä.

We reserved another apartment and we were given this apartment instead and were told that the one we reserved was damaged, however, there was another couple occupying that apartment. While the service was good, the quality of apartment furnishings was not including IKEA everything and beds were constantly falling to floor as well as glasses breaking easily. I believe we were also overcharged for stay.

Great location, quiet & secure apartments with security on the lobby 24/7.Overall the apartment was clean, if i was being really critical there was a bit of dust on the bedroom floor. Hair dryer could do with replacing, worked but was damaged.

abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima vacanza abbiamo trovato un bel appartamento spazioso pulito la ragazza che ci ha accolto è stata molto gentile ci ha dato tutte le informazioni che ci servivano l'unica cosa é stata che non c'era la possibilità di diminuire (nel nostro caso) la temperatura dentro casa per il resto è andato tutto a meraviglia krakovia è una citta bellissima siamo andati a vedere la miniera di sale e ad Auschwitz è stata una bella esperienza cmq vicino all' appartamento ci sono dei supermercati e al centro oltre le bellezze artistiche ci sono bellissimi locali dove si mangia molto bene

A very comfortable/spacious alternative to a hote

While staff are located off site, they were very accessible and responsive. For example, day one. ....The toaster stopped working. One email to the office and a repairman came around shortly after with a new one.

Comfortable apartment close to Old Square

Disappointed that apartment was not heated on arrival. It wasn't cold but with temperature outside of 6c it was one thing we had looked for when booking, a nice warm place to relax. Good location. 12 minute walk to Old Square. 15 minute walk to Castle. 30 minute walk to Train Station. We took an evening tour on first night 18.00-21.00. Great to see the sights at night but too cold. On day 2 we did Auschwitz and a Salt Mine tour. 2 very different experiences. On day 3 we did Old Town, The Jewish Quarter and Ghetto. On day 4 we went to Tarnow by train £6 return. Get tickets on train don't queue at ticket office.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold. Nydelig rom som var klart før innsjekknings tiden. Vi trengte bare å ringe på forhånd også ble vi møtt av en dame som visste oss rommet og fortalte om området. Vi fikk kart, og på rommet lå det en perm med ulike tips om utflukter og restauranter. Vi opplevde ingen problemer. Leiligheten lå bare et steinkast unna sentrum så det var ikke noen problemer med å komme seg rundt. Anbefales!

Excellent place to stay

We loved staying at Hamilton Suites. We had everything that we needed and the location was ideal. We could easily walk to restaurants and daily outings from the location. The staff was great when I emailed them ahead of our visit with questions.They also arranged our hotel shuttles for us. Thanks Hamilton Suites!

Krakow is worth a visit. The Atlantis apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and a wash machine! Great for me since I have been traveling since August and dealing with laundry can cost sightseeing time. Fixing a home cooked meal was a treat too. There was even a toaster!

Security/front desk were not capable of being helpful for taxi or exploring city. The lady who worked tour guides conned us into paying her overprice ride to attractions as opposed to calling a cheap professional taxi or telling us to USE THE TRAIN. She scammed us

Lovely apartment, great location!!

Everything we needed, 24 hour security, separate bedroom and living room. The apartment had a small balcony but the view was another block of apartments. So we didn't use it. But there was so much to see and so we were never there other than bed time skit didn't matter. Only complaint we have is that the bed was like a slab of concrete so wasn't the most comfortable of sleeps we've had.

Famiglia con due figlie di 7 e 14 anni. Appartamento ampio, in zona tranquilla ma a dieci minuti a piedi dalla piazza del Mercato (centro storico). Posizione strategica. Appartamento pulito, silenzioso, in stabile con portiere sempre presente. Non abbiamo dovuto attendere il personale con le chiavi. At the time of our stay, the air conditioner was broken. The staff tried to fix it but unable to do so. Provided us with two fans and in the end offered to refund us for one night stay. It was a vaery nice gesture, much appreciated.
