This was the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and both times have been great. The hotel feels new, is very clean, and both times the staff have been exceptionally friendly and professional.

Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk staff, just outside of the old town (5 minute walk). Great cafes nearby for a quick breakfast before you start your day. Would return.

Excellent location, amazing shower and the little shower too. Comfortable beds. Sebastian and Victoria were fantastic with the organisation of our transfers and our extra night so that we could stay in our room as we had a late flight. They only two negative things we would say is the lack of English tv stations available and also that they have no bar/residents bar available for their guests. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, just 10 or 15 minute walk to Old Town. Not much sound insulation between adjacent rooms, wasnt a problem this time but I wouldnt have liked noisy neighbours. Coffee in room wasnt refreshed each day. Two single duvets on a queen size bed was odd. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast great but a little pricey.

Outstanding hotel. Cleanliness - the fittings and carpet are black - they show every little mark, and this means you know how clean everything is (as it was spotless). Room facilities - the first room I have seen in a long with with good lighting. The room had multiple options. Superb. Room noise - other reviews talk about noise. I didn't hear a thing, either from next door or outside. Air con - lovely, effective and quiet Bathroom - fabulous. Wish they had supplied hair conditioner without needing to ask reception for it though. Breakfast - WOW! An incredible spread. The attention to detail was amazing. For example, a mint plant for those wanting fresh mint. Jugs of both hot and cold milk for cereal. Even cakes (looked lovely). I have seen less extensive options in 5 star hotels. Plus it all tasted great. Local options - There is a great bakery on one side, and a bubble tea place on the other side of the hotel. Just up the road are some street vendors (fantastic burgers amongst other options) and tons of nearby restaurants. It was a gentle stroll to the main square and the university is about 3 mins away. A fabulous stay (6 nights) for work. I am hoping to revisit for a holiday.
