The cleanliness and appearance of the hotel was faultless . Even though close to the station , the noise disruption was minimal . Breakfast is a basic continental style, but perfectly adequate. Restaurants nearby and plenty of shops on the street , but also the station is literally next door and has a very large selection of shops and places to eat . If using for a base , this place is ideal - travelled to Auschwitz, salt mines and Zakopane from there - train tickets are cheaper than Uk and trains are very efficient and spotless . If in Krakow again, I would use again for sure

Clean, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful with the need for extra pillows. We didn’t have breakfast but you can pay for it if you wish. Only issue was the lighting panel was on the headboard and it kept waking us up when one of us moved in the night and only way to stop this was to take the key card out the wall meaning no power, was a little frustrating. Prefect location for the train station though and easy access to shops, would definitely recommend if your on a budget and we would stay again.
