This was our second stay at the hotel, we loved it even more the second time. Room spotless, free bottle of wine in our room, staff so helpful. Our driver even waited when it took a long time to get through the airport. 100% recommend

Room and bathroom were great and spotlessly clean. Bathroom with underfloor heating too! Didn’t have time for breakfast unfortunately however it looked great from what we saw, lots of choices available. Location is great too, around a 12 minute walk to Krakow main square. Staff very friendly A good choice for a short break

Fantastic hotel so quiet but only 10 mins into city centre , hotel was spotless and modern, for the price was unbeatable.

Superb location, hotel staff can't help enough, clean and modern with superb facility's. We stayed Monday until Friday and had not 1 complaint, we honestly can't reccomend this hotel any more- if you are visiting Krakow this is a must stay hotel.
