Me gusto más o menos el sitio y no me gustó absolutamente nada que si yo contrato y pago un apartamento de dos habitaciones, son dos habitaciones, no una habitación, donde solo había un enchufe y en el salón un sofá barato de IKEA. Creo que eso es algo que debería controlar Expedia o la gente del establecimiento, una habitación es una habitación y un salón es un salón, aunque se le ponga un sofá cama. Por otro lado, en algunas cosas si fueron capaces en dar respuesta, como entregarnos otro nórdico, pero en otras no, como por ejemplo cuando les pedimos un ladrón para más enchufes y nos dijeron que no tenían. En resumidas cuentas, sabor agridulce

Świetny hotel- tym razem jednak małe rozczarowanie

Już kolejny raz korzystam z tego hotelu - świetna lokalizacja, bardzo komfortowe pokoje z kącikiem kuchennym i bezporoblemowy check-in. Ale tym razem otrzymałam pokój z zatkanym odpływem pod prysznicem (woda wylewała się na pół łazienki). Kiedy przy wymeldowaniu poinformowałam obsługę, że taki problem zaistniał, powiedziano mi, że tak wiedzą, ale czekają na serwis... Czyli świadomie przydzielono mi pokój z niesprawną łazienką.Rozczarowanie :(

Huone oli hyvä ja hiljainen. Siellä oli pieni keittonurkkaus, jossa oli jääkaappi ja liesi. Hain aamupalani siksi itse kaupasta. Respa oli paikalla vain 9 - 14. Huoneen avaimen sai itse koodilla.

Overall impression js very positive. I would advice to use this hotel. The only thing, is that i expected breakfasts to be uncluded, but there were none. And also no microwave, only the oven in the apartment.

Good place for a weekend in Krakow

Good quality accommodation at a good price. Would definitely use it again. It's on a very quiet residential street and has everything you need. The only minus was the reception working only 9am-12pm.

The amenities were lacking for a self catering apartment. All we had was a fridge, a kettle and a 2 ring hob. No oil was provided so it was difficult to cook meals for ourselves.

Hotel urządzony zgodnie ze współczesnym designem. Do tego schludnie, bardzo automatycznie i czysto. Dla osób ceniących ciszę i spokój będzie idealny. Również dla par, chcących odpocząć od codzienności. Jedyny minus to brak strefy relaksu np. sauny. Mimo to uważam, że hotel zasługuje na bardzo dobre noty. Polecam.
