Great Hotel, staff is super friendly and helpful. The only problem was that check-in is at 4 pm if you arriver earlier you will have a long wait and perhaps a long queue. I understand rooms might be not but it'd be useful to be able to do the check in anyways at the time of arrival instead of waiting until 4 when it gets super busy . Other than that, everything was great!

Very well located and convenient to numerous tram lines. Only one stop from the rail station.
Very helpful staff.
Breakfast buffet is really great ( but coffee could be stronger…)
The only real caveat is that the neighborhood gets rather dodgy a block or two to the left from the hotel. (Along Storgata).
We walked a few blocks past it to dinner, but opted to take the tram back just to avoid that area at dark.
