The holiday apartment is in the hamlet of Načinovići, situated on the Adriatic coast, a 20-minute walk (a 5-minute drive) to the local beach (Beach Bobina). For history lovers, the property is a 25-minute drive from the centre of the medieval village of Brseč. With a history of Venetian rule, the village has a unique character reflected in its architecture and cultural heritage.

For visitors who enjoy nature, the Učka Nature Park is a 40-minute drive from where guests can explore hiking trails and the diverse flora and fauna of the region. Mošćenička Draga a small coastal resort situated at the foot of the Ucka Mountain range is a 36-minute drive from the accommodation. This town is famous for its beautiful pebble beaches and crystal-clear waters.
