Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 100 m, pebble beach 3 km. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (190 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, satellite TV and air conditioning. Terrace 15 m2, roofed terrace 12 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
