if you need a reasonably priced place to sleep

Needed a place to sleep. TV wasn't working. The bedsheets weren't clean. Aircon was good. But location wise, this is convenient. A lot of shops nearby. Staff was also pleasant. They dont provide bottled water or a kettle. But they do provide a water dispenser and paper cups at each level. Ask for a higher level. I got a room at level 2 and it was a little noisy outside past midnight.

Clean budget hotel. The family room spacious and the toilet are clean. It would be nice if the soap not in hand dispenser as its too hard to push out from it. Overall, I enjoy my stay.

買い物に便利

セブンイレブンやファミマ、サブウェイやバーガーキングなどのほかに、普通のレストランも周辺にたくさんあるので、食べることには困りません。学生がいっぱいいるので静かではないですが、夜は気になるほどうるさくはありません。

Simple & Clean hotel for short getaway

Staff is friendly, fast check-in & clean room. Close to many eateries especially Family Mart and 7-11, extremely convenient to look for food and snacks.

Worst sleep ever

The air condition in the room is the worst ever. Was in room 106 and the AC was super noisy where nobody could have a soundless and peaceful sleep. At 3am had to approached the reception and the staff say no choice and no other room, so i had to raised my voice. Than moved to 105, AC for about the same due to the noise of the compressor. I had no no choice as it was already 4am and i was just too tired. I ended up sleeping without the AC. Parking is also on first come basis. To note that the AC is really really super noisy. Worst sleeping experience!!

Nice and clean with no frills

The bed is really comfortable with clean bed sheets. Bathroom is basic but has hot water. Walking distance to eating places. Staff is professional.
