Clean rooms everyday, super friendly staff, coffee bar was great. Staff was always there to give towels and always welcomed you. TV didnt work, could have been due to weather. Shower was a little finicky but once you learned it, it was easy. Would stay again.

Welcoming staff from valet to checkin to delivery of our bags. When bags came he offered to tour the room with us. Told us valuable info. We loved the elevator system. (You’ll see!) Beach access was so easy and convenient. Dukes and Hula Grill are terrific options for food. The club was wonderful for breakfast and the 4:30-6:30 appetizer/snacks Karen took good care of our room.

Room was great. This was a last minute stay (missed our flight), but loved the room. Location was amazing. Literally 100ft. from waikiki beach. We would stay here again.

Great location to the beach. Had a nice high floor room with balcony and view of the ocean. Buffet breakfast had lots of options daily. Walking distance to many shops and food options. Even enjoyed the onsite morning lai making class.

I traveled with my family we had a great time We arrived super late at the resort due to flight being delayed but they had made the arrangements with the security office to let us in with no issues, the security staff was Very nice & helpful they escorted us to the room and told us to go the office in the morning after we had rested to get the keys for our room, and Shawn was very nice in welcoming us and did the check in the next day, the resort is close to a lot of places including the mall which is about 1/2 a mile away and restaurants and the resort has some nice activities and Hula shows every Friday and live music at the restaurant. The room was very clean and the balcony was very spacious but the rooms need a little more love the curtains need to be updated if it wasn’t because of the curtains I would have given them a 5 star. Overall it was a good experience and I will stay here again
