"Breakfast buffet was amazing kept us on schedule since it was early breakfast times Ac was nice Rooms stocked and cleaned They have a magnet sign letting them know if you want your room only towels stocked or if you want your rooms tidied up Check out was very simple Check in time is at 3pm but they can hold your luggage in lockers until it’s time Shops and restaurants around the area to kill the time until it’s time to check in time will go by very quick Pjs outside the rooms on a table "

"Great staff who are multilingual at reception, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was good with view to Kumamoto castle, only drawback were the change of attitude from duty staff when breakfast closure starts from 9:30 to 10am, they will keep reminding you as an act to rush you out as they are closed at 10am for cleaning. Best onsen by far especially the outdoor ones, be good to provide facial wash pack in guest rooms if possible."

"Great place, beat bed I've had so far out of the 5 hotels I stayed at. Only issue was I had no idea if they had a laundry room or microwave anywhere like my previous hotels. Other than that, really beatiful hotel near so many cool sights. "
