We loved this hotel! It was the perfect size for our group of 5. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

All of the staff at the hotel were amazing. One person went above and beyond and should be recognized. Ophelie made sure we were taken care of and made our stay fabulous.

Hotel was located in the perfect location where it was central to a lot of different areas in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything you needed. Will definitely come back whenever I go back to Japan.

The hotel was well-kept and the room felt like a house. All basic household appliances were provided, such as a microwave, fridge, stovetop, and washer/dryer. I especially appreciated the reception staff, who were always friendly and eager to help. When we left for a short trip, for example, the staff happily assisted us in calling a taxi before our departure time. The hotel was conveniently located, close to convenience stores like Family Mart and 7-Eleven as well as a subway station (Suitengumae Station). Upon arrival, the hotel staff also provided us with a map highlighting the nearest restaurants, the closest of which were only 2-3 minutes away by foot. In general, we had a wonderful experience with both the staff and hotel and would recommend the hotel to others!
