Overview

The room was fine, space generous and clean. The lobby and common areas are lacking - too dark and the lift area at the lobby smells. Breakfast was pretty miseable. Like the transport providing direct access to the metro station.

It is a cost effective hotel

The room and bed are big enough for 2 adults and a child. The location is quite far from the MTR but the hotel provide a shuttle bus service to the Kwai Hing MTR station or vice versa every half hour. It is quite convenient though.

The reception staff are so unfriendly and room cleanliness needs to improve. The surrounding area is so industrial and run down. Even getting a taxi will need a lot of luck.

基本的には大きな問題はありませんでしたが、4名で予約していたのに、毎日タオルが3セットしかなく、毎日フロントに連絡して持ってきてもらわなければならなかった点と備え付けのシャンプー&コンディショナーが空で、対応をお願いしたら補充ボトルを渡すだけという対応であった点が少し残念でした。
