Check-in was unexpected but very easy. It was my first time checking in to a hotel with a virtual concierge, but was simple and were very clear on the process. The room was small but fit our needs. The hotel is near everything from Hollywood stars of fame, Ameoba records and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The sidewalks had a lot of dog poop, but it's not fault of the hotel. Would stay there again for their great walking distance to everything.

the pool is VERY small and the photos are VERU misleading.
our room wasnt cleaned on 2 seperate occasssions despite requests.
the area is very convenient BUT it is a smelly dirty entrance. HOMELESSNESS is an issue in the area
