Good base to visit Kyiv
Even in the middle of the war hotel looked good and everyone was welcoming. Once the war ends, we plan to come for vacation and stay in this hotel. Our lux room was on two levels, very spacious. There was a dining table that we used to have a dinner with the family who lived in the area. We ordered from the restaurant. Food was good and reasonably priced.

A Grand Stay wish l could Swim
The food, service and accommodations were fit for a King. The cleaning staff needs the rooms to be as pleasant as the restaurant but in general lm going back for the food.

I loved the surrounding area. Farmland. The hotel itself is fantastic. Hallways need better lighting but I understand about conserving energy. The restaurant was awesome. I loved the food and the staff was great. My only issue was that there was no hot water at 0330 HRS. The water was tepid at best. brrrrr.

Very friendly and professional staff, especially the restaurant senior waiter, Sergey, who was a very professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable server. They had an amazing Ukrainian menu, so be sure to try it out. I recommend staying at this hotel as both a transit passenger for just one night, and also as a regular for vacations; you will love it. The restaurant was winter garden style, and very beautiful.

The property has a fantastic view, a true country feeling when you look out of the balcony in your room and see vast sunflower fields on both sides. Another positive thing about the hotel is the excellent interior and materials used in the building. The restaurant offers exclusive dishes perfectly served. Yet, there were some downsides that I noticed during my stay: no soap in the bathroom ( like literally, NO soap at all): it’s good that I found a small soap bar in my makeup bag, but still, for a moment I felt as if I were in Shitt Creek))); No elevator and the rooms are on the 2nd floor which means I would have to lift my huge 23kg suitcase up two flights of stairs. On the other hand, the receptionist helped by asking a guy who works there to help me, and he did, I’m grateful for the excellent taxi service that the receptionist arranged for my 4.30am transfer to the airport. Overall, a very positive experience!

Very nice convient hotel for airport.
I was transitting through Kiev airport so wanted somewhere close by to stay. Took 10mins in the taxi from the airport and at £25 a night for a room with a balcony and sunshine is a bargain. The receptionist was very nice and did her best to understand my English. The shower has music so had a little dance in that aswell. ;)

Nice hotel, close to airport
Location is nice because very close to airport. Room is nice and convenient. Breakfast was good and the guy at breakfast was room. The only "bad side" it is that i arrived at 3 am ( and i warned them) and i should call them many times because reception person was partying hard and welcome me half drunk. The day after at 11 am she was sleeping in sofa at reception.... Receptionist doesnt wear any mask neither. Bad on this time...

Don’t stay here
Room, restaurant, entire building was dark. Never could get heat to come on. Had to sleep with two bathrobes wrapped around me under the covers. And even they had holes in them.

Nice place to stay and very quiet. Where it is located is kind of like being in the country. It is a little far from the nearest store and currency exchange, but for 5 uah you can hop on to one of two marshutka, get off at the second stop, and be close. Be sure to tell the driver, or you will pay 25 uah as it is sort of a long-haul marshutka. All-in-all a nice place and price was right also.

First of all the young lady at the reception spoke good English which is a plus . And they were very helpful while I ask them questions where to buy groceries etc.. very nice staff I recommend and really it’s 5 minutes from kbp airport. Perfect

I was just for the night to rest and after breakfast I checked out to get my connection flight. I slept in a very clean and comfortable bedroom. The service was excellent and I enjoyed very much the meals at the restaurant. After dinner, I discovered that my credit card was lost or stolen in the airport or plane and the staff were very supportive and helpful.

I did not like that there was no lift in the property and decided to go to another property on my second night, forfeiting the cost rather than return. Breakfast choice was very limited.

Horrendous experience
Horrendous end of trip to Ukraine. We had 10 lovely days traveling all Ukraine to end our trip with one night in this hotel waiting for our flight. Worst is the restaurant waiter. Even if the restaurant is extremely slow, he could deal with it honestly and graciously; instead he insults, lies and flips. He destroys all the value from the hotel. With so many bad reviews I wonder why the manager keeps him. Don’t even dare to go here! The website doesn’t allow me to load a photo as I rated low.
