We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend!

Clean and comfortable, conveniently located, great family room. Breakfast best avoided unless you are able to get there right at the start - food less than warm and nothing gets topped up. Plenty of better options locally. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay with my family.

Communication with the stuff is none existent. Hard to get directions for checking in after hours. The appartment is very outdated. HORRIBLE mattress and pillows, still hurting days after trying to sleep. AC unit is pretty useless, being in living room, away from bedroom. They even changed for a coffee made in room.
