"This is an excellent hotel. Everything is at the kind of quality you would expect for a 5* hotel - the breakfast was particularly good. However, it is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff that stood out for us - everyone seemed to go the extra mile to be helpful, considerate, welcoming, friendly and courteous. "The hotel was clean. The room was a good size. We had a large bed, which was comfortable for me but my friend found too soft. We stayed 4 days and asked for the room to be cleaned and it was done. The staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. Our room had a balcony and did overlook the local residents but it was not a problem. The hotel is located in a side street off the main road. It is near the harbour. There is also plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. I would stay here again.
