It has a spacious and complete layout. The villa is located in the sought after residential area of San Jordi 4.5 km from the beaches. Its large and beautiful private pool, barbecue and large wooded land will be benefits for a good holiday with family or friends.

Approximate distances: Urbanization San Jordi. Sea and beach 4 km. Ametlla de Mar town center 4.5 km. Cambrils and Salou 25 and 30 minutes drive. Amusement park "Port Aventura" 40 km.

Inside (on 2 levels): Spacious living room + dining room under veranda overlooking the outside and the pool. TV (satellite dish), DVD and CD. Independent kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker). 1 double bedroom on the ground floor (with 2 single mattresses in 1 double box spring). 2 bedrooms upstairs (each with 2 single mattresses in 1 double box spring) and overlooking to a glazed room/veranda with curtains and 2 additional beds. 1 bathroom/ WC. 1 shower room/ WC.

Equipment: Washing machine. Air conditioning: included in the 3 bedrooms.

Outside: Large wooded land of about 3200 m². Large and beautiful private pool of about 65 m² with internal steps. Outdoor shower + deck chairs (minimum 4). Outdoor terrace, garden furniture (table + 8 chairs). Covered terrace area + stone table in the garden. built barbecue (+ sink) by the pool. Parking inside the property for 3 cars.
