"The staff at this hotel are outstanding!! We received a warm welcome and they were available at all times to answer questions. They could not have been more accommodating! There is coffee and tea available, as well as other drinks provided in the room at no additional cost. Breakfast was not free but offered eggs prepared to order as well as an assortment of bread, fresh fruit and other items. "

"Our room was very clean, great view overlooking the park. The hotel is next to Serranos Towers, which is one of the original entries to the walled city. Breakfast was made to order and very good. There is a great rooftop bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back !!! "

"This is the perfect hotel in a perfect location. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooms & bedding excellent with quality furnishings. The lobby has a flower shop, so the scent is magnificent. At night, the atmosphere and architecture in front of the hotel is like a movie. It has a high end, but not stuffy vibe, the lobby bar always busy. Plenty of staff to check you in, no wait. Wine selection was excellent and only $6 Euros per glass. Other reviews mentioned the bar prices as expensive, but to me, if you want a classy experience, it costs a little more, completely expected. There is a Burger King open until 2am down the street that still cost $30 Euros for a meal, Look no further for a great Valencia experience, "
