"Staff were helpful, directed us to the (paid, reserved in advance) parking on arrival. Hotel is a pleasant 20 minute walk into Annecy around the edge of the lake. The room was adequate, not great. Breakfast seemed overpriced but there were bakeries nearby. There are other public carparks opposite the hotel which are free at certain days/times of the year. Bed was comfy and overall cleanliness was fine. A good option if you don't want to pay the excess to stay in the noisy centre of Annecy."

"Stayed here for a week while following TdF. The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it you get your money's worth. The staff is polite and service-minded. The restaurant is very good. "The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…"
