"Everything was wonderful"

"Please save your money ! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in all my life. The staff weren’t friendly nor helpful The food is terrible and tasteless. I paid for a swim out suite and the room was out dated and of poor quality. The bathroom got flooded my very first night. My room doors panel kept on malfunctioning and had to go to the front desk multiple times to get this addressed but the worst part of this entire experience is not even 24 hours into my stay the entire resort’s electricity and water stopped running. The hotel was out of running water and light for more than 5 hours - there was no emergency system put in place and no one that was properly handling such a serious incident. I was forced to leave in the middle of the night at my own expense to a different hotel. This was truly the worst vacation stay I’ve ever experienced."

"We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. Once we got there, we got a good impression as the property looked nice and clean. The room was very clean and cozy. It was of a good size and had a mini fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area felt safe. We sat outside at the restaurant next door and had coffee, and the ambiance was nice. The hotel also had free parking and it's great you don't have to go to a far away parking lot or something. The only negative thing I found: there was some work being done at the property and it was kind of noisy up to midnight.Apart from that, I have nothing negative to saying about this hotel. I would definitively say there again."

"Yohan, Santa, Alexandra were GREAT, friendly and professional, except one on the staff member at the front desk, she was rude, mean and disrespectful but overall, we had such a great time, we will be back again next month."
