"We had to change our room as we reserved 2 rooms and they had a bad sewer smell coming out as right under the balcony was a messy sewer water dump. The next day they cha fed us to much better rooms looking at the pools and partial ocean view. Good was ok and if you dont eat pork - the choices are limited unfortunately. We had to order from the extra food menu every night and wish we knew we could do that earlier as we went out to outside of the all inclusive resort to a restaurant close by which was great but expensive- still worth the $200 dinner. Beach is top notch, clear calm waters with fishes and amazing sand! Calm here for the beach and not the food or amenities. A resort for those on a super tight budget. As long as u don’t expect 5 starts accommodations. Team at the à la carte restaurant is amazing with Chef Jose, Maria and team!! Loved the grilled fish chef made!!!"

"We were a family of 5 we got two towels two water. There was no doors to the toilet and bathe area. My teenagers daughters was upset because they had to bathed and poop in an open area. I was stoped from getting into the restaurant with my slippers while looking at other folks getting in. I don't know if it was because of me color. I can say besides the moment at the restaurant every on else was mostly friendly. They were all focus on selling their membership more than anything else. The kids were in the pool and I want to go but all their interest was on selling their membership. I was not interested but they was like" let me show you , let me explain and it became very boring. I enjoyed the culture show. The food was like i had enough by lunch time on Saturday"

"Este hotel boutique tiene muy buena ubicación para moverte a los lugares de interés dentro de la Zona Colonial, sin necesidad de transporte. Puedes hacerlo caminando. Sin embargo debo mencionar que el servicio de sus empleados es uno muy simple, no sentí un trato de milla extra, como lo he experimentado en otras visitas al país. La habitación es algo pequeña y el baño bastante incomodo, pero si tu estadía es corta lo puedes manejar. En las noches puedes experimentar algo de ruido vehicular, ya que es una avenida muy transitada. Lo menciono para aquel que prefiere el silencio, en mi caso pude manejarlo. La cama estuvo cómoda y el servicio de agua caliente fue bueno. La limpieza a modo general buena. Pero hay un detalle que no me gusto y el cual debo mencionar sobre la limpieza de la habitación, de los cinco días de mi estancia, solo limpiaron la habitación dos días, los últimos tres días no limpiaron. Por lo que no me cambiaron las toallas y no rellenaron los artículos necesarios como papel de baño. El desayuno estaba incluido en la reserva y fue bueno, no extenso, pero bueno. Pan, jamón, queso, omelette, café y jugos. Un día nos dieron frutas. Desde mi perspectiva no estuvo terriblemente mal, fue una estadía algo sencilla, pero igual el personal y a modo general pueden orientar, recomendar y mejorar el servicio para que el cliente se lleve una buena impresión y una mejor experiencia durante su estancia. Siempre hay margen para mejorar. ¡Éxitos!"
