"This property was a hidden gem. Beautiful 360 vistas of the sparkling Pacific. Located in a quaint romantic setting with friendly nieghbors and just minutes away from lovely Santa Barbara. Plenty of shopping and eateries nearby in Ventura City and Oxnard and such beautiful sweeping views of the Pacific Coastline. I had a magical night watching the recent lunar eclipse from my bedroom. "

"I kinda don’t want to say to many nice things about this property for fear it will be hard to de-book!Located right on the sand at one of Californias premier winter surf breaks, it was perfect for a long weekend celebrating our granddaughters 7th birthday. In the summer the bay in front has warm,clear water with micro-waves perfect for learning to surf. We even got a little long period swell on our last day that snuck through the Channel Islands to provide ultra clean knee high waves!House is turn key for fun! Clearly owned by a surfer. We brought boards but the house has boards, beach toys, kayaks SUPs and more. House is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The pellet BBQ elevated our burgers and hot dogs! I’ve said too much. We’ll be back if this review does t max out the place !"

"Flawless, perfect vacation spot for a large family. It was like having a resort to ourselves. We didn’t want to leave! We were nervous coming from the east coast not having AC but it’s not a problem (there are fans and plenty of screened in windows). The kitchen is well stocked and the outdoor cooking/dining was fabulous. The pool, tennis court, and lawn games were wonderful. The gardens and chickens (!) - with the exception of the early rooster wakeups - just were an added bonus! We’re looking into coming back next year we loved our time there so much"

"We chose this house for a family reunion and celebration of my husband‘s 85th birthday. Our family ranges in age from 15 to 85, one family branch coming from San Diego and the other one from Camarillo. We just had a short drive from Ventura. The house was fantastic. Beautiful right on the ocean lots of room indoors and out. The beds were comfortable the living spaces were open and gave us lots of options for reading, playing games, watching TV. We also enjoyed the outdoor area very much. The barbecue was a little small, but it worked for cooking some of our meals, Some of our family really enjoyed the hot tub. And we roasted marshmallows under the stars by the fire pit. The two master bedrooms are spectacular with Florida ceiling French windows that open completely.The neighborhood is quiet and gated. Sunny Days, the property manager, was very responsive when we had questions. We were very impressed with their service. We all had a fantastic time and would love to return."
