Villa Paraíso 1 is a charming residence within the subdivision called Punta Esmeralda. This is located between Bucerías and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.
In La Cruz de Huanacaxtle (3 minutes away) you will find a seafood market with fresh fishing, cheap and with very good quality. Also, there is the Marina where you can rent boats, sailboats and take a walk around the bay. In Bucerías there are numerous five-star international food restaurants.
Includes 50 Kwh of electricity for short stays (2 to 14 nights).In case of exceeding the 50 KWH of courtesy, a consumption charge is made.
The base rate per Kwh for this zone is $6.50 pesos.
For long stays (over 14 nights), electricity consumption is paid in full by the guest.
