"Two minute walk from train to great apartment in very lively area. Beautiful rooftop deck with 360 degree views, can’t be beat! John’s instructions were very clear and thorough. "Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"We had a great trip to Annecy and this apartment was just perfect. Beautiful view, comfortable furniture, great location. Cedric met us for check in and check out, and the whole process was super easy. We walked into town a few times a day, as it was an easy walk from the apartment. There were even some nice extras like a cart to take to the market and some grocery bags. If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay again."

"Lovely loft style condo in town center with unparalleled views. Very clean and comfortable after a big day of hiking and exploring. Note to management company…Hallway lighting isn’t the best and lockbox was a bit difficult to manage due to lighting and location on the doorframe. Might need to be replaced."

"Advertised for 4 people but should be for 3 as sofa bed in lounge only suitable for 1 person. Agency would not allow extra mattress, so had to change accommodation with 100€ extra to pay. Outside area with table and chairs filthy from pidgeons and kitchen window did not lock. Otherwise would have been fine. Excellent location."

"Amazing to get a super nice apartment for better price than a hotel room. LOVED being on upper floor with own large balcony/deck. Located in heart of endlessly lovely Annecy. If you have a car, reserve onsite parking, reasonably priced and a real luxury there. Only negatives: ran out of hot water one night, and there could be better storage."
