"The property is secluded from all the small towns in the island but offers silence peace and comfort in the zone that it is located. The space was perfect for a family vacation of 5 people. I would recommend this property if staying in La Gomera for longer than 2 nights to make it worth your while. "

"The hotel is wonderful The infinity and swimming pools are great. We did the tasting menu and flight of wines as it was my wife’s birthday all dishes were superb, there was a lovely cake left for my wife’s birthday on our arrival, the gardens are wonderfully designed and the view of mount teide amazing.. "La Gaviota was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and very convenient for the beach, town and transport. In a 4-day stay, I never saw a member of staff after I was given my keys. On my first night, guests returning in the early hours were very noisy, and this went on for a long time. Also, someone tried my door - though probably a mistake. This becomes a problem when there's no owner/reception on-site presence. In future, as a solo traveller, I'd be happy to pay a few euros more for better...

"Pros: Die Wohnung ist komplett neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber. Der Vermieter und seine Frau leben im Nachbarhaus. Sie sind sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war perfekt und David hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob etwas fehlt. Zum Empfang gab es eine Flasche Wein! "What a wonderful hotel and the all inclusive was excellent. We enjoyed having lunch at Breeze overlooking the ocean - you could even have steak! Breakfast and dinner buffets were brilliant as well. The all inclusive included all drinks and the cocktails were freshly made. The wine was from a bottle and not on tap and very good quality. I recommend the pina coladas and Aperol Spritz! The pool area was well maintained - we could always find a sunbed. We hired a car which was quicker and cheaper than a transfer from the airport and have us the opportunity to drive up Mt Teide and to the Masca Gorge - both of which were stunning views and the landscape is beautiful. All in all a wonderful relaxing week away! Thank you Barcelo Santiago!"
