The furnishings are worn. The second bedroom is only suitable for small children. The house is only a few metres from a busy main road with noisy traffic. The beach is unattractive. Staff, especially William, was helpful. The elevator did not work for a couple of days and 8th floor was a bit of a walk. The driveway access is in a really poor condition. The room was just fine.
