The land of the residence borders directly on the sea and through a private gate it is possible to go down to a small hidden beach. The villa faces the island of Barettini and on the clearest days it is possible to see Corsica. The house, spacious and sunny, enjoys absolute privacy. Internally the house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It is only 8 minutes from the historic center and 10 minutes from the island of Caprera.
