El hotel destaca por su limpieza impecable, habitaciones cómodas y bien equipadas, y un ambiente colonial muy acogedor que hace sentir una experiencia auténtica en Arequipa. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, brindando recomendaciones útiles y atención rápida en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos minutos de la Plaza de Armas, lo que facilita recorrer la ciudad caminando. Además, el desayuno fue muy bueno y el ambiente tranquilo permitió descansar sin problemas. Sin duda, es una excelente opción tanto para parejas como para familias. Totalmente recomendado, volveríamos sin dudarlo."

"The accomodation is super clean and lovely. Theres a bar, pool and restaurant with loads of options and breakfast. We booked a few tours through the agency here and it was fantastic, super easy and the tours were great. The room was clean and comfortable, can be a bit loud if they have events on in the bar!"

"Located within the historic centre. The room was large but you're only given those small bottles of shampoo and small soap bar. Much prefer they have dispensers instead. No Aircon and the shower would take a long time to produce hot water. The hotel looked dated but do have a generous 4 hour window for breakfast. Staff were very nice. I would still stay here again given the chance "

"Massive bed, gorgeous views from the terrace, almost missed the mountains, a true not being able to see the woods for the trees moment. Excellent breakfast with loads if hummingbirds if youre lucky. The staff were very kind to lend us a corkscrew and glasses and let us drink our bottle of wine on the terrace in the evening. "
