"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. Unfortunately, for us, it rained our whole stay so the rooftop bar wasn’t open. I really wanted to experience that. "This hotel was not my first choice-- I was hoping for something cheaper-- but I booked it due to the limited openings available as I took the train into Varese. This hotel is small, has a personal touch, and the accommodations were excellent. The room was clean, fresh, and welcoming and the bed was fitted wonderfully. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the continental breakfast a nice start to each day, and the location excellent. Ultimately this 'alternate' choice was ideal and I will definitely stay here again."
