Welcome to this fantastic 71m² apartment with a 40m² private garden, perfect for enjoying barbecues, a spacious outdoor dining table, and a relaxing hammock. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 people, making it ideal for both vacations and telecommuting.



The apartment consists of one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, providing ample space for your stay. With high-speed fiber optic internet and all the necessary amenities, it's a great choice for teleworkers looking to combine work with a wonderful island experience.



The well-equipped kitchen features an oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules provided), toaster, kettle, washing machine, and dishwasher, ensuring a hassle-free stay. You can also make the most of the large garden for breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the generous outdoor table. Alternatively, relax in the hammock while soaking up the sun with a book or a refreshing mojito – or perhaps all three!
