"The bathroom setup was strange—no separate room but instead glass doors to the shower and toilet that are all one room. Parking on ground was tricky and we had difficulty locating the entrance to reception due to the gates being closed after dark and no guard on post."

"Perfect location, close to beach, restaurants, etc. good breakfast selection, very clean rooms!"

"Lovely hotel very clean and comfortable would recommend."

"We had great time in the hotel and the park"

"Staff at check in were lovely. The room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The roof top pool was fantastic as there was also plenty of room to sun bathe and it was never too packed."

"Location and atmosphere at night time are great"

"A short but comfortable stay. Staff were very professional and friendly can't be faulted. Some of the layout of the hotel is a little odd. (You have to use the lift to basement level to go via the spa to the pool area and the bar) Would stay again"

"Really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast choices were brilliant and the staff were lovely and helpful"

"Everything was 10/10 rooms, new hotel execellent breakfast "

"The breakfast was fantastic and the price we paid for the overall package was incredible. Only issues is as we booked the hotel roulette we weren’t told which hotel we were staying at out of the onsite hotels at the park so we had to work it out for ourselves. We also booked a triple room which said 3 single beds but it was a double and a single, being told they don’t do triple rooms. Apart from that I can not fault it."

"Options for Breakfast were really good"

"All the rooms were clean. "

"The front desk was very helpful and nice."

"Great location, family and pet friendly hotel"

"Room was clean as always and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff were helpful when I had an issue but the Air Conditioning was broken in the room I was in and the maintenance member of staff stated it couldn’t be fixed. Great location for access to the park and also the conference I was attending."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was very pleasant. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Room was clean easy check-in easy parking can be a bit off a problem"
