"The a/c in the rooms was great, and especially appreciated by my daughter-in-law who is 7 months pregnant and our 1 year old granddaughter, who doesn't like heat! The baby support (crib, booster seat and fences) were incredibly helpful. The beds were comfy and the linens very nice.We cooked two dinners for 5 adults each night and found everything worked well and it was a pleasure to work with. The charcoal grill was an unexpected bonus and we were happy to use it both nights. Overall, it was a perfect example of what a vacation rental should be--lovely and peaceful, and easy to live in. We will be back at Christmas with our other son and daughter in law! "

"Too much hassle and too many forms to complete. Endless communication from the property managers. Much of it thru the VRBO app. Condo in decent shape but overall property looks half deserted. No pool service."
