This ground floor lock-off villa is complete with upgraded flooring as well as upgraded appliances and furniture throughout. This remodeled villa is thoughtfully decorated with upscale furnishings and tasteful decor throughout. The home is equipped with a kitchen, fully stocked with cookware and small appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy streaming or watching cable on the large TV in the living room or enjoy the view of the beautiful community grounds from the private patio. The bedroom has a brand new luxury king size mattress and the bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower. This villa is centrally located, steps to a pool and a short walk to the main pool area. NO PETS.
