The host was excellent and accessible if we needed anything (which we only did once). Amenities were great and home was clean and in great condition. Private pool and hot tub out back and larger public pool and hot tub literally across the street. We will stay here again.

We had an amazing and truly relaxing short getaway from our 6th wedding anniversary. Diane's home had everything we needed from the kitchen to the back yard "sanctuary". It was perfect! We will be back again.

Girls’ Trip Year 5

Great stay at Diane’s as usual. The house is well equipped and the complex is quiet and well-maintained. Close to all of our favorite restaurants. Will be back next year !

Great Getaway!

This is the second time we stayed at this location. The property is exactly as advertised, and better than the last time we stayed. The "fire table" is a fabulous addition!The owner is very responsive to communication. I can certainly recommend this location!

Great place - as advertised!

La quinta VRBO is as advertised - specious, clean, inviting and just a great overall place. The owners were good communicators and I would 100% come back to this place! Pool and hot tub in the backyard and pool and hot tub close by for the community.

Thanksgiving getaway celebrating a 40th birthday

The house was perfect for hosting my family of 5 plus a funcle. We enjoyed the accommodations, the living room was spacious and the outdoor area was superb. Only thing to consider is location as it's about a 10 minute drive to the Downtown area of La Quinta and grocery stores.

An oasis in the desert heat

Temperatures ranged between 40-46 deg C (104-115 deg F) during our stay, which was highly unusual for this time of year. This spacious, cool and comfortable house with its lovely pool and outdoor area was a pleasure to come home to.

Relaxing and just what we needed!

The house was just as described, perfect for our relaxing get away needs. We loved every minute of our stay. The temperature was hot, 107 so we had lazy mornings and used the pool during the day and would usually head out when the temperature dropped in the evening. Would definitely stay here again. A big thank you to homeowner Diane and Manager Nicky who were so nice and accommodating it made our stay that much more special.

Wonderfully outfitted!

This was a nice property, reflected everything that was in the listing correctly. What we really noticed was that the home was very well outfitted. There were plenty of beach towels for the pool, lots of dinner ware, both indoor and outdoor. And the best part, lots of spices and basic cooking items, like vinegar and oils. We've been renting through VRBO for 10 years and this is the first location that was well outfitted.

Relaxing stay with a pool

Spent most of the time relaxing in the backyard and taking morning walks in the neighborhood. Listing photos are accurate. Appreciated greatly that the pool maintenance came twice a week since wind conditions can dirty the pool with green debris. One small complaint is that the main TV is cable but not set up to use our streaming services.

When it’s -Temps at home…

My wife, son and I had a wonderful time at this property. It was exactly as listed, quite clean and the beds were outstanding (I’m 6’4”, my wife is 6’ and my son 6’4”). It’s in a very quiet area and it’s really perfect for a group attending any event in the nearby polo grounds. The hot tub and pool were perfect after a long hike in the nearby national park. Modern. Clean. Great host. A double thumbs up!

An Enjoyable Experience

This was the 1st time renting a house and it was a very pleasant experience. Towels, blankets, dishes, pot/pans, even books and magazines were available. The pool was just the right size (for the three of us) and the house was clean. The outside was quiet (we only heard the neighbors outside twice), and it was nice not to hear the sounds of planes, helicopters, loud cars racing up and down the street, etc. The only complaint we had was we would prefer the sofas had taller backs to them, but we consider that a minor issue. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

An enjoyable week.

We spent a very nice week at the condo. It was so well equipped and so spacious with the open concept kitchen and living room. Diane and Nicky were easy to contact with questions. Having the big gas barbeque was great along with fire pit which we used every evening. I loved the quiet and beautifully maintained complex. A gorgeous pool is just a block away if you want something bigger than the pool in the yard. Never heard any noise or partying at all. A relaxing stay for everyone!

Great place

Loved the luxuries at this gated community condo. we made great use of the outdoor fire-pit and hot tub and even used the floaties on the pool. wonderful backyard oasis, quiet and loved the visits by the local hummingbirds. well stocked kitchen with numerous pots and pans and spices. spacious 3 bedrooms with comfy beds. Loved having 2 full bathrooms. about a 30 min drive to most attractions, downtown, aerial tram, outlet malls and an hour to joshua tree. 10 mins to a fab grocery store called Ralph's. you couldnt ask for a better or more responsive host than Diane

Backyard desert oasis!!

The property was just as described. Beautiful backyard area with pool and hot tub. There was also a sitting area with fireplace and grill. Although it was too hot to use the fireplace, we did enjoy our coffee and tea each morning sitting there. The inside was also clean and comfortable. At night the pool and backyard lights made this a true desert oasis. We enjoyed every day in the pool and night in the hot tub. I had some initial trouble getting the spa jets working and the owner, Diane, responded within minutes to get the issue resolved. She is truly concerned with her guests having a perfect time. My wife and I had such a nice, relaxing stay here. I highly recommend this property!
