This home captures the historic charm of the hotel with artisan tile accents and more. The spacious floor plan opens to a large porch with views of the beautiful Santa Rosa mountains, a perfect spot for evening dinners and relaxing! The well-stocked gourmet kitchen features quartz counters and all new stainless appliances, a gas range, and artisan tile throughout. There is also a separate bar area with beverage center, a dedicated desk/work area and the bedrooms offer hotel quality linens.

This light and bright 2BD Villa overlooks the tennis and pickleball facilities of the world class La Quinta Resort & Club, and offers an A+ location close to pools, spas, golf, fitness center, restaurants and shops. Our guests have full access to the Resort's amenities.

Wonderful property

This is a beautiful condo. It was very clean, comfortable and just steps from the La Quinta amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place in Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place to stay while we were there for the BNP Tennis! We had access to the bus that took us back and forth to the tennis pavilion and it was the perfect location to everything on the La Quinta property! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommended it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was spotless, decorated nicely and everything was in perfect condition. All the ammentaties of the resort are a short walk from the townhouse. The only negative about the property is that it is just behind the pickleball courts so if you want to sleep past 7:30am there is noise from the courts. The townhouse does sleep 6 people but that configuration is 4 people in one room (queen bed with two Murphy beds).
