Featuring quality wood flooring on the lower level, top-grade carpeting upstairs, and elegant shutters, this villa exudes sophistication. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with a sleek glass backsplash, and designer touches throughout. The popular reverse floor plan places the living room and kitchen on the lower level, with two master suites on the upper level.

A unique highlight of this villa is the newly built loft, adding extra square footage and accommodating two additional pull-out beds, one in the loft and one in a bedroom. This is one of only three tennis villas featuring mature hedges that provide a private yard, perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

Our guests enjoy full access to the La Quinta Resort and all its amenities, including tennis courts, pools/spa and the fitness center. Please note, this is a no-pets property.
