In the week leading up to our arrival, we received three notifications asking us to check in and pay for our stay—this was confusing, as I had already paid. "L'hôtel est récent, tout est donc en très bon état. De maniere generale, les prestations sont très bonnes. Le petit déjeuner est varié et tout est fait maison. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, ont toutes une vue mer, et sont bien isolées. Le service de chambre est irréprochable. Il faut prendre la voiture car il n'y a pas d'activités (plages,restaurants, superettes) autour de l'hôtel. Les petits points négatifs : l'accès au SPA est payant 30€ avec une réduction de 10€ si vous réservez...

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint Alexis. The location was perfect and the beach access was exceptional! Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. We were three adults traveling - me, my husband, and our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room. The main bedroom was separated by doors to the living area, with a pullout couch for our daughter. The staff were always helpful. The security guards were happily willing to open the upper...
