"Cute, very clean and cozy small (but adequate) 1-room cottage with its own patio below. Nicely decorated, had snacks and quick breakfast items too. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom a bit tight and the only sink to use was in the kitchenette area. Lighting to put on makeup could have been better. Hosts were prompt to reply and very helpful! I would consider this cottage again. "

"The whole house is awesome and a refuge from the work we were doing in Peoria. It was a blessing being able to come back after long days to this house with a full kitchen, laundry, and a bedroom for everyone. Would definitely stay here again."

"Check-in was a breeze, house was amazing fully stocked with everything that you would need to enjoy your time there! Plenty of space and parking, host was great with communication! "

"The outside does not look very nice, but the inside does. The location was incredible. The bunkbeds however, did not work for us. They were way too noisy. You might want to bring coffee. We had to buy some because there was only a tiny amount there. There is no stove or oven FYI, that did not bother us at all other than that the kitchen is well stocked. "

We loved seeing and reading the articles about the house, which gave us a glimpse into its history while incorporating modern necessities that most families desire. Tyler was quick to respond with any questions I had and stayed in touch with any updates. My children are already asking if we can come back next year!"
