"The front desk staff was very helpful and professional. Sara gave us great info about where to go to observe the solar eclipse on Aug. 12. Our room was cleaned perfectly. The breakfast was wonderful with good coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, homemade bread and yogurt being our favorites."

"What a beautiful hotel in the best location in Bilbao. We chose the upgrade view and looked directly onto the Guggenheim and … The Puppy! The location is perfect: Guggenheim across the street, Bilbao museum is a 5 minute walk, the funicular is 10 mins and old town is 15-20 mins walk along the riverfront. The hotel is packed with clever art by Javier Mariscal."

"Overall a nice hotel, clean, friendly, and with good AC and water pressure. However, two things were annoying: 1) the internet in our room was so weak as to be unusable. 2) the lobby is perfumed which made it hard for us to use it. "

"We were lucky to have an accessible room especially as that night I broke my ankle and could stay abit longer into the afternoon after treatment at the hospital. Jaun on reception was amazing and helped so much with our onward journey planning & finding an early morning pharmacist. I couldn’t thank him enough for his kind attention!"

"I finally feel like a hotel’s star rating matches the reality of the experience. It was a wonderful stay! The staff is excellent; helpful, competent, accommodating. The design/decor and quality of the common areas was great. The room was very nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Large shower towels. I have two complaints though; you can hear everything in the hallways - talking, doors slamming - this was annoying. The room is narrow, not a lot of room to navigate around the far side of the bed."
