"We spent many an hour enjoying the pool, the view and the comfortable outdoor furniture. The weather was mixed but having the sectional undercover made it really easy to enjoy the outdoors. A couple of nice warm blankets would be useful. The beds were high quality and very comfortable! We really appreciated the flexibility of an early check-in. Silvia was very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day stay. Looking forward to returning, "

"Unfortunately we had a series of issues with this property, starting from the check in process. I was given the wifi password info by the agency that represents the house. We got in late at night due to a family emergency (the local manager knew). We got to the property and we could not connect to the wifi and none of us had any connection. We had to go close to town to connect. I tried calling the manager but she didn’t respond. We had to sit in the car till 3:30 AM so our daughter could finish an important contract for work (working remote with the US). Next morning manager informed me we were given the wrong password! We were also cold and did not know how to turn the heating on! I have never rented a property (and we have rented many, especially in Italy), without a welcome book with all the information/instructions. Simple solution. Other problems: dishwasher broken, oven would only get warm, one of the bathroom showers only had super hot water, pool and jacuzzi had to be cleaned by us prior to use. The manager came on the 3rd morning to wash all the dishes by hand. She was apologetic about the dishwasher. overall the place is lovely and spacious but it needs some work,?edpecisllynthe kitchen. "
