"The property was very clean and beautiful. Host was wonderful and pleasant. If i could make a suggestion the pillows were not great and the beds were moderately uncomfortable. Otherwise the view was beautiful, the pool was great and the balcony was also lovely."

"The room was clean. The staff were so nice. The WiFi and AC were great. This was my first hostel experience and as a trans masc person I was pretty nervous but the staff and environment was lovely! The only thing that irritated me was that we didn’t stay there long enough! My partner and I stayed in San Juan afterwards and we were constantly wishing we were back at the hostel!!! Gracias"

"Elsie was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my stay a special one. We were celebrating a birthday & Elsie helped with an amazing experience. The view is AMAZING! The only issue was the water pressure not being the strongest but still good enough to shower. And cleaning could be better, but wasnt the worst either. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Nice and pleasant. A little tricky getting in, but once we did, the thing that sets this apart is the VIEW and access to the beach at your footsteps. Elvis (host) had good instructions, Other than some minor details missing, we enjoyed our stay. And, everything in the unit worked, especially the AC! But you're so high up that the breeze is amazing."

"Connie, the host, was marvelous and had great vacation ideas to help enhance our trip. The place was incredible and in a super great neighborhood. The pool was impressive, but not as impressive as the views from the back patio. Overall, we loved staying here and would definitely consider coming back for our next trip! Thank you again!"

"Decided to stay here with our family of eight adults. Beautiful house in a great neighborhood! Gate guards were friendly and helpful (although you may want to have basic Spanish communication or a translator app) I speak Spanish so it wasn’t an issue for me. First floor is spacious and has everything you’ll need. Four bedrooms are upstairs. Each room has an interior and exterior door that goes to the massive balcony. The backyard was our favorite by far! Plenty of chairs and lounges. Beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. Sea breeze keeps everything cool. Neighbors were quiet and everything was peaceful. Location of the house is nearby everything there’s to do in that area. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group. "

"The location at the beach and the ocean view were the only acceptable things, as unit had ants and roaches, and was dirty on arrival. The entire physical plant of the building was old and tired. Windows in the living room could not be closed as the crank was rusted off the hinges.A definite problem in a tropical rainstorm requiring guests to move furniture and spend time mopping the floors, while on their vacation. The roller shade over the balcony door was found in a corner and completely useless. It had fallen completelyoff the wall. The pool and hot tub weren't able to be used, but it stated they were part of the listing. We were told about the hot tub a short time before our arrival, which was too late to change our accommodations and we had spent days planning and reserving activities with family and friends in this particular area. The linens provided were two bath towels, two hand towels, and 2 facecloths for 2 adults for 7 days. My first time booking a VRBO and the disappointment was off the charts. "
