Despite the fact that we never read the special check in instructions (lesson learned!) the staff replied immediately to our messages allowing us to get our room. The place is very safe and well located close to bars, restaurants, stores, etc. Highly recommended!!!

This was not a "hotel" but it did the trick. The location was pretty good, our main complaint was that parking was very confusing and barely available (maybe that's all of Italy). The self-check-in was fine. The room felt more like a dorm room but for our family of 4 for 2 nights it was fine. I don't recall what we paid but I am sure it was too much for what we got.

Visit 5 Terre and La Spezia

Great location to visit Downtown La Spezia. Walking distance to all the main attraction. 15 from the Train Station and 10 minutes from the Seaport. The apartment has a large bathroom, comfortable beds and a small refrigerator. Only downside the noise on Saturday night due to a pub down the street. Affordable price made it easy for a family of 4 people. Great value considering the area and the accommodation.

No representatives in area no staff and no breakfast room. Scary hallway and stairs to the building and the room. However room was clean

The owner was disgusting and rude. It's about a 15-block walk from the front desk to the room. The room's decor is awful. The coffee maker didn't work. The shower was too small and uncomfortable.

Bon séjour au Lia’s room. Quelques incompréhensions pour le Check-in, car nous avions bien trouvé la bonne adresse et la personne nous a dit que non alors que nous avions raison. Le logement était propre et proche des commodités. Un lave linge disponible gratuitement serait un plus et éviterait de payer la laverie juste à côté.
